Do I see my layout before its completed?
Yes! You will see, and need to sign off on as correct, a proof before we make your items.

Can you use a photo as an image to engrave?
No, but we can convert it to a line drawing and engrave that. Most photo software will make this conversion for you. Otherwise, we are happy to do it for an additional 15.00 fee.

What kinds of image files can you accept?
We can work with almost everything, so long as its not compressed. We prefer Corel files, and can accept typical image files such as .PCX .JPG .BMP. All art must be black and white, not grey scale or color. We can make conversions for you for an additional fee of $15.00.

Do you offer discounts for service members?
Yes we do! All service members are entitled to a discount of 10% of the price, exclusive of shipping. We can ship APO and FPO without issue.

Do you make fully custom pieces for special occasions?
Yes! If you can imagine it, we can most likely do it. Simple drop us a line, or call us directly. We source a wide variety of materials for special occasions and special projects.

Do you offer combined shipping?
You bet. We ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and, as their saying goes "If it fist, it ships". You pay only the cost for shipping your order, not a "fee per item. Combined shipping may not check out correctly, but we will return the extra postage if charged.

WILL ITEMS STILL MAKE IT BY CHRISTMAS?
Production time is between 1 and 3 days, so as of today, YES! Realistically, we expect that orders placed up to 12/19 can make shipments via priority envelope fine. Order placed up to December 20th can go with Express shipment.
